Faculty of Business and Management Sciences Exam Right Applications for Students Whose Maximum Period of Study Has Expired
Within the scope of Article 44 of the Higher Education Law No. 2547, senior students whose maximum period has expired are given the right to take TWO ADDITIONAL EXAMS for all the courses they have failed in order to graduate from the program they are enrolled in at the end of the maximum period.

AS A RESULT OF ADDITIONAL EXAMS;
Those who reduce the number of failed courses to five courses are given three semesters for these five courses,
Four semesters for students who fail up to five courses without taking the additional exams,
Those who fail a course at the end of the additional exams are given the right to take the exams of the course they failed unlimited times, and students who are given unlimited exam rights cannot benefit from the right to be a student.
A student who does not take the exams to be opened for a total of three academic years, consecutively or intermittently, is deemed to have waived his right to unlimited exams and cannot benefit from this right.
The registration of students who cannot reduce the number of failed courses to five after the additional exams at the end of the maximum period will be deleted.
Among the students who will take the additional exams at the end of the maximum period, those who do not do internship / vocational training will be able to do internship / vocational training for one time only, if they request.

EXAM APPLICATION DATE: Between 12 and 23 October 2026
ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE EXAM SCHEDULE: 02 November 2026
EXAM DATE: From November 09 to 13, 2026

Issues regarding how the exams will be held will be specified in the exam calendar. The web announcement should be followed for the exam schedule.
Applications will be made to the Secretariat of our Faculty in person (by hand).
