Vocational School of Health Services – Course Exemption Applications

All students who have enrolled in our Vocational School's programs via lateral transfer, double major, or ÖSYM placement must apply in person for course exemptions for the Fall semester between September 7 and September 15, 2026.

Documents to be Submitted During the Exemption Application:
- Application Form
- Official Transcript (E-signed or wet-signed and stamped)
- Course Syllabi/Content (E-signed or wet-signed and stamped)
