About Students Who Missed TRACK 1 Assesment Process Due To Late Registration

ANNOUNCEMENT FOR STUDENTS WHO MISSED TRACK 1 ASSESSMENT PROCESS DUE TO LATE REGISTRATION

Students who registered after the start of the academic year and missed the assessment components within the first track of the English Preparatory Program due to the final registration date must submit a petition to participate in the make-up exams for these assessment components after the first term has concluded. You can access the petitions the link below.

These students will be permitted to take the make-up exams after their late registration status is authorized, provided that the academic board approves the student's registration date after the petition is evaluated.

If the students mentioned above do not apply for the make up exams with a petition or do not participate in the evaluation for any reason will be considered unsuccessful from the relevant track.

A second exam or assessment will not be scheduled for students who miss the make-up exams with the dates specified below.

If the applications are evaluated by the committee and deemed appropriate, the relevant planning can be made. The final application date is January 10, 2024, and applications submitted after this date will not be considered.
