Mission
The Applied English Translation Program aims to develop students' language skills by offering a broad training in grammar, translation techniques, intercultural communication and technology. Our Program focuses on providing students with the ability to successfully translate various types of texts, while at the same time developing a professional attitude in accordance with ethical values. Our mission centres on providing opportunities for students to develop a commitment to ethical values, creative thinking, problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous learning. Our mission is to train individuals who are respectful to cultural diversity and have a high sense of social responsibility by providing them with the ability to use language skills effectively from daily life to the business world.
Vision
The Applied English Translation and Interpreting Program aims to train professionals who can use their language skills creatively and practically in a globalised world, have a good command of technology, and are committed to original and ethical values. Our Program aims to provide students with the ability to work in accordance with international translation standards and to train them as individuals who embrace cultural diversity and understand the power of language. Our vision is that our students will become open-minded professionals who are able to use their language skills not only theoretically but also in practice, and who are respectful of various cultures.
