Our Quality Policy

Our University’s Quality Policy is to ensure effectiveness, efficiency, and competitiveness in the fields of education and training, scientific research, and community service; to focus on excellence and high performance; to aim for international recognition and prestige; and to ensure continuous improvement and development by improving all processes together with internal and external stakeholders, in line with the University’s mission, vision, aims, and objectives.

The quality policy of our Department is aligned with the policy processes defined and adopted by our University. Our mission, vision, strategic objectives, and goals have been clearly defined. The activities and actions aimed at achieving the strategic sub-objectives at the departmental level during the establishment and development of our Department are listed below:
 

• Providing high-quality and student-centered education and training (Education and Training)
• Providing well-equipped research infrastructure and physical working facilities that meet the needs and expectations of both our students and academic staff (Education and Research)
• Increasing research and development (R&D) activities (Research and Development)

• Increasing the number of qualified academic staff (Education and Training)
