Our Aim
Our objective as the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics is to train a qualified workforce capable of applying scientific principles regarding nutrition and food to protect public health through adequate and balanced nutrition throughout the lifespan, improve quality of life, and treat diseases. To this end, our educational and research activities are carried out with an approach based on science and technology at international standards, aligned with digital transformation, sensitive to the environment through a social contribution perspective, and embracing the principle of sustainability.
