Assoc. Prof. Pınar Acar’s research titled “Assessing Human Resources Information Systems in Human Resources Processes and Organizational Performance: A Comparative Analysis of Case Studies” was accepted by the European Academy of Management-EURAM 2024.
Assoc. Prof. Pınar Acar’s, from the Department of Human Resources Management of the Faculty of Business and Management Sciences at Istanbul Medipol University, research “Assessing Human Resources Information Systems in Human Resources Processes and Organizational Performance: A Comparative Analysis of Case Studies” was accepted for oral presentation at EURAM 2024, one of the most prestigious congresses in the field of social sciences. In Acar’s research, selected from 2,000 papers, the human resources management processes and organizational performances of global companies implementing human resources information systems were evaluated. The congress, where Acar will make a presentation, will be hosted by the School of Management of Bath University in England on 25-28 June 2024.
