• Track 1 Midtrack Exam for English Preparatory Education will be held on October 24th, 2026 Saturday on Kavacık Campus Blocks A and C. The exam will start at 09.00 for LOW level students; at 10.45 for MEDIUM level students. Exam rooms may be different from your normal classrooms.

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), student numbers and full names cannot be shared openly. For this reason, the information in the list is partially masked. Accordingly:

1. When searching for your student number in the list, type the first two and the last two digits of your number with four asterisks (****) in between.

2. Then check the initials of your first name and surname in the row you have found.

Students must know the student number given to them at registration. (Classrooms will not be identified by name.)

• A valid ID card, driving licence or passport must be carried (Istanbul Kart or other documents are not valid; no other document will be accepted).

• A soft-leaded PENCIL and an ERASER must be brought. Exchanging pencils and erasers is forbidden during the exam. 

• Your exam classroom information must be checked in advance (dilokulu.medipol.edu.tr).

• Going to the restroom during the exam is prohibited.

• It is the students’ responsibility to fill out the optical form/scantron correctly. If you fail to fill out the version and the scantron correctly, you will get 0 from the exam. 

• Students who arrive after the listening section has started will not be accepted into the exam until the relevant listening audio finishes. 

• After the first 40 minutes, students who hand in their exam paper and leave the exam room cannot take their paper back and continue the exam afterwards.

• Students who finish the exam must leave the building immediately.

• During the exam, students are prohibited from having any electronic device such as a computer, mobile phone, smart watch or headphones, or materials such as notebooks, books or note paper, with them. Such devices and materials must be left with their companions.

   

The exam results will be published on mebis.medipol.edu.tr; students must know their MEBİS login passwords.

*REGARDING THE MIDTRACK EXAM FOR STUDENTS ADMITTED VIA ÖSYM ADDITIONAL QUOTA

Students who have enrolled in the English Preparatory Programme via  ÖSYM Additional Quota will sit the Track 1 Midtrack exam at 13:00 on Thursday, 5 November 2026, even if they have already been placed in their classes and have commenced their studies.

The students concerned do not need to be present at the school on Saturday, 24 October 2026, for the Midtrack Exam. They will not be admitted to the exam.
