The English Proficiency Exemption Exam for students who have enrolled based on the 2026–2027 Academic Year ÖSYM Additional Placement Results will be held face to face on Monday, October 12, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at Block A, Kavacık North Campus, Istanbul Medipol University.

• No make-up exam will be offered.
• The exam is intended for students enrolled in programs that require compulsory English Preparatory Education.
• Only students who have enrolled based on the 2026–2027 Academic Year ÖSYM Additional Placement Results will be eligible to take the exam.
• Students whose information is not available in the system, who do not fall under the 2026–2027 ÖSYM Additional Placement category, or whose registration has not been completed will not be admitted to the exam.

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), student numbers and full names cannot be shared openly. For this reason, the information in the list is partially masked. Accordingly:

1. When searching for your student number in the list, type the first two and the last two digits of your number with four asterisks (****) in between.

2. Then check the initials of your first name and surname in the row you have found.

If you are a student enrolled under the 2026–2027 Academic Year ÖSYM Additional Placement category but cannot find your name on the list, please report to Office AZ-01, Block A, Kavacık North Campus, at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, October 12, 2026.

Students must know the student number given to them at registration. (Classrooms will not be identified by name.)

• A valid ID card, driving licence or passport must be carried (Istanbul Kart or other documents are not valid; no other document will be accepted).

• A soft-leaded PENCIL and an ERASER must be brought.

• Your exam classroom information must be checked in advance (dilokulu.medipol.edu.tr).

• Going to the restroom during the exam is prohibited.

• After the first 40 minutes, students who hand in their exam paper and leave the exam room cannot take their paper back and continue the exam afterwards.

• Students who finish the exam must leave the building immediately.

• During the exam, students are prohibited from having any electronic device such as a computer, mobile phone, smart watch or headphones, or materials such as notebooks, books or note paper, with them. Such devices and materials must be left with their companions.

• All speaking exams will be held FACE TO FACE.

• The Speaking Exam lists will be announced on Monday, 12 October 2026.

• Only students who scored between 60 and 74 on the October 12 exam will be eligible to take the speaking exam.

• The Speaking Exam will also be graded out of 100, and students who score 75 and above will be exempt.

• Students who score 74 and below in the Speaking Exam will attend the English Preparatory Programme.

The exam results will be published on mebis.medipol.edu.tr; students must know their MEBİS login passwords.
