Faculty of Education: Exemption Procedures for Students Enrolled via Horizontal Transfer (Based on Cumulative Grade Point Average) and Centralized Scores (Annex 1) for the Fall Semester of the 2026-2027 Academic Year

Exemption applications for students who enrolled in our faculty’s programs for the Fall Semester of the 2026–2027 academic year through lateral transfer based on their Cumulative Grade Point Average and Central (Appendix 1) Score must submit their exemption applications between August 24, 2026, and August 26, 2026, by filling out the application form and sending it as a hand-signed PDF file to the email addresses listed below.
NOTE: Applications received after the deadline will not be processed.

Documents to Be Submitted with the Exemption Application

1. Official Transcript (E-Signed or Wet-Signed and Sealed)
2. Course Syllabi (Only the syllabus for the course for which exemption is requested must be submitted.)
3. Exemption Application Form (The form must be completed in full; the student must list the courses they have previously taken and passed—for which they are seeking exemption—along with their course codes, ECTS credits, and grades. Students wishing to request exemption for multiple courses may print multiple copies of the exemption form).
