Exemption Applications for the Fall Semester of the 2026–2027 Academic Year – School of Health Sciences

Course Transfer / Exemption Applications for the Fall Semester of the 2026–2027 Academic Year at the School of Health Sciences will be accepted in person between 31 August 2026 and 4 September 2026.
Applications must be submitted in person to the Secretariat of the School of Health Sciences (Unkapanı–Haliç Campus) during weekday working hours, 08:30–17:30.
Documents Required for Exemption Applications
Exemption Application Form: Must be completed in full and submitted with an original handwritten signature.
Official Transcript: Must be electronically signed or signed and stamped.
Course Descriptions: Must be electronically signed or signed and stamped.
Important: When completing the Exemption Application Form, students must provide complete information for all courses they have previously taken and successfully completed and for which they are requesting exemption, including the course code, ECTS credits, and grade.
