The Chief Ombudsman Mehmet Akarca Met with Our Students!

During the “Ombudsman Meets with Youth” program organized at our University, the Chief Ombudsman of Türkiye, Mehmet Akarca, shared his professional experiences with our students and answered questions from participants.
The opening speeches of the panel were delivered by our Vice Rector, Prof. Dr. Yasemin Yüksel Durmaz, and Prof. Dr. Bekir Berat Özipek, Director of our University’s Ombudsman Office.
With the auditorium filled to capacity by students, the event provided a productive platform for discussion and exchange of ideas on the concepts of rights, justice, and equality. Participants had the opportunity to engage directly with the Chief Ombudsman and gain valuable insights into the role of ombudsmanship in promoting good governance and protecting citizens’ rights.
