Application for the 3 (Three) Course Exams of the 2025-2026 Academic Year Spring Semester at the Vocational School of Social Sciences

In accordance with Article 27-3 (e) of the "Istanbul Medipol University Associate and Undergraduate Education and Training Regulations," the Three Course Exam is an exam given to students who have not completed the maximum study periods stipulated in Article 44 (c) of the Higher Education Law No. 2547, who have completed their education in their registered diploma program, but have a maximum of three failed courses to graduate as a result of make-up exams. This exam is held at the end of each semester, within thirty days of the end of the make-up exams, and the grade obtained in this exam replaces the course success grade.

POINTS TO NOTE FOR 3 (THREE) COURSE EXAM APPLICATIONS;
Applications will be made through the MEBIS System (online).
It is mandatory to attach an official transcript (obtainable via e-government) to your application.
Exams will be held in person.

The exams for the UZEM common compulsory (5i) courses (Turkish Language I – II, Atatürk Principles and History of Revolution I – II, English I – II, Information Technologies and Tools I) will be conducted online via MEBIS.

Students with a maximum of three courses remaining for graduation should apply.
Students who have not successfully completed their compulsory Internship/Vocational Training included in their curriculum cannot apply for the Three Course Exams. Students cannot apply for courses they have never taken or for courses with excessive absences. Students who failed a course due to a certain reason are not allowed to take the exams for those three courses.
