Announcement For The Three-Course Fınal Exam Of Sprıng Term 2024-2025 Educatıon Year

“Three-Course Exam" pursuant to Article 27-3 (e) of the “Istanbul Medipol University Associate and Undergraduate Education and Training Regulation”: This is an exam granted by the decision of the relevant academic board to students who have not yet exceeded the maximum period of study as stipulated in Article 44(c) of the Higher Education Law No. 2547, have completed all coursework in their registered diploma program, but have up to three failed courses remaining after the make-up exams that prevent graduation. This exam is held within thirty days following the end of the make-up exam period at the end of each semester. The grade obtained in this exam is considered the final course grade.. “

Announcement of Exam Schedule: July 23, 2025

Exam Dates: Exams for the faculty’s compulsory and program-based elective courses will be held between July 28-30, 2025.
                      July 31 - August 1, 2025 (MUZEM Exams)

IMPORTANT NOTES REGARDING THE APPLICATION:

1. Applications must be submitted in person; unsigned petitions will not be accepted.
2. It is mandatory to attach the current transcript to the application petition.
3. Only students who have up to three courses remaining for graduation should apply.
4. Students will not be allowed to take the three-course exam for courses they have never taken before or failed due to absenteeism.
5. Students will not be allowed to take the three-course exam for practical courses they have never taken or failed due to absenteeism (internships, laboratory practices, graduation project, graduation project implementation, etc.).
6. Students who want information about the exams should contact the course instructors.
7. The three-course exams will be held IN PERSON.
