2021-2022 Academic Year Spring Term course exemption applications should be submitted between 15-21 February 2022.
Application right is valid for following students: Intermediate class, Double major, DGS, OSYM, and LATERAL TRANSFER.

Points to while making an exemption application and required documents:
• Official Transcript (Electronic signature or Wet signed and sealed)
• Course content (only the content of the course requested for exemption is required).
• Course content must be saved as a single pdf file, and the course content must not be added to PDF for which the exemption is not requested. • Submitted files must be saved separately under the name "Exemption Chart - Student Name," "Transcript - Student Name," and "Course Content - Student Name."
• The type of registration (DGS, Double Major -Çift Ana Dal-, OSYM, Lateral Transfer –Yatay Geçiş-, etc.) must be correctly marked on the exemption form and should not be left blank.
• The equivalent of the course for which the exemption will be requested should be written directly opposite the relevant course. The disorganized form will be considered invalid.
** The form must not be filled out incompletely. The student must indicate the courses s/he has taken before and has succeeded and want to be exempted in return, together with the courses' codes, ECTS, and Success grade.
* The student should write all the courses in the transcript that he/she thinks can be exempted, regardless of the semester and year, on the form (petition). Students may apply for exemption only once. They will not be able to apply for exemption every semester (Except for the Double Major students).
** the exemption process will not be complete for any information is missing or incorrectly filled in the exemption form. The courses in our programs are available at the University's website as follows.
