Institutions and brands operate by producing a variety of products and services for their consumers. To succeed in these activities, it is essential for institutions and brands to introduce themselves to their consumers and establish a positive perception in their eyes.

In line with global competitive conditions, institutions and brands are exerting greater effort to make their voices heard by consumers, the public, and the media. At this point, the disciplines of Public Relations (PR) and Advertising have gained significant importance. Institutions carry out the promotion of all their commercial activities through marketing communication efforts, where PR and advertising disciplines are utilized extensively.
