School of Fine Arts, Design and Architecture Application for the Summer Term 2021-2022 Academic Year

Applications for the Summer Term 2021-2022 Academic Year will be made between 18-20 July 2022. You are required to fill in the application form and send it to [email protected].  Students who do not submit an application form will not be able to take courses in the Summer Term.

Conditions that need to be met for taking courses in the Summer Term:

1. The student can take courses pertaining to the lower terms for which she/he was previously unsuccessful and/or courses which she/he previously took but did not earn the right to take the exam for (students can only take courses for which they received an F Grade).

    

2. Transfer Students can take courses pertaining to the lower terms for which they were previously unsuccessful and/or courses which they previously took but did not earn the right to take the exam for (students can only take courses for which they received an F Grade).

    

3. Students enrolled as a Double Major or with a Minor can register for the Design Studios of their Second Major or Minor regardless of whether or not they have previously taken these courses, provided they have fulfilled the prerequisites for these courses.

    

4. Summer Term courses last a minimum of seven weeks. The course day and time are as indicated in the tables.  It is mandatory to attend classes.  Students taking courses in the Summer Term and planning to also do an internship during the Summer need to have at least three free weekdays in their weekly program; if they do so, they can petition for permission to do an internship.  

    

5. Education will be conducted 30% Online and 70% Face-to-Face (there will be no Hybrid Education).
