Transfers will be made between diploma programs of equivalent level, whose contents are determined to be at least 80% the same by the relevant boards of directors.

Detailed information will be given by the relevant schools/vocational schools.

A certified copy of the Medical Report submitted by the students who are registered in the Civil Aviation Cabin Services, Civil Air Transport Management and Aviation Management Program and will transfer to the same program, and that there is no Criminal Record Record or Criminal Record Archive Record, submitted to their university during registration.

International Candidates applying from abroad must have one of the documents specified in the link below,

A document that shows the student who will apply from abroad, the higher education institution he/she studied abroad and the program in which he/she studied are recognized by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) as an institution authorized to grant an associate degree and undergraduate diplomas.**

(**The document regarding whether higher education institutions abroad are recognized or not can be accessed via e-government. Inquiries can be made by logging into the system with the TR ID number and e-Government password from the internet address "http://okultanima.yok.gov.tr".)

Students registered in the Civil Aviation Cabin Services, Civil Air Transport Management and Aviation Management Program who will transfer to the same program must upload the certified copy to the system during the application process.

Candidates who will change their programs and transfer to the Civil Air Transport Management and Aviation Management Program for the first time should obtain;

a) A document showing that there is no Criminal Record Record or Criminal Record Archive Record that would prevent him from obtaining an airport entrance card,

b) They must obtain a health report (hearing loss/deficiency, vision loss/deficiency, etc.) from a full-fledged hospital, indicating that they do not have any health problems that may prevent them from performing the job and/or the task assigned in the profession.

Candidates who will change the program and transfer to the Civil Aviation Cabin Services Program for the first time;

✓Criminal record or Criminal Record Archive Record.

✓For women, to be between 160 cm and 180 cm tall.

✓For men, to be between 170-190 cm tall.

✓ Health status should be suitable for flight (They are required to receive a report from health institutions authorized by the General Directorate of Civil Aviation that their health status is suitable for flight*).

✓ When wearing the cabin crew uniform, there should be no tattoos or scars on the visible parts of the body.

***The English Proficiency Exam for students who transfer to programs requiring a Preparatory program will be held FACE-TO-FACE on North Campus, Block A, 2nd floor, class A204 at 9 AM.
