To teach basic law concepts of health educators and to make them able to connect these concepts with health law education.

This course contains; Definition of law, branches of law, sources of law,Definition of the right and types of rights,Beginning and ending of personality; current problems,the concept of execution capacitys and types,
Cases that abolish attacks on personality and illegality; evaluation in terms of medical law,
Informed consent,Euthanasia,Practical study and Supreme Court Decisions,Lawsuits that can be opened in case of an attack on personality; evaluation in terms of health law,
Regulations on health law included in the Civil Code; Sex change and current developments,
Regulations on health law included in the Civil Code; The concept of goods and the scope of the right to personality,Regulations on health law included in the Civil Code; Transplantation,Practical Study and Supreme Court Decisions,General evaluation.

PY1) In light of the current developments in the field of health law, develop and deepen the knowledge about the main sources, legislation and jurisprudence which related to the health law.

PY2) With understanding relationships among concept, institution and method that related to disciplines of health law, come up with original solutions by using knowledge requiring proficiency on analysis, synthesis and assessment of new and complex ideas

PY3) Evaluate and use new information within the health law in a systematic approach

PY4) Evaluate innovative aproach an already known knowledge about health law or research and implement an original subject.

PY5) Solve the problems encountered in the legal theory and practice by using research methods that specific to field of law.
