The registration process for Turkish students are carried out by the department of Student Affairs for and International students the process carried out by International Office.
The students are required to provide the documents for registration announced by University with in the prescribed dates. The list of the required registration documents for Turkish students, who are placed by Student Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM) to study at our university, are announced on our university web site. The students are invited to finalize their registration process on the dates specifically defined for their programs. All the procedures related to the enrollment have to be personally submitted by the students .
Students who want to study in a second or third cycle programs are required to apply directly to the Secreteriat of the related graduate school along with all the application documents required for registration. After the deadline announced on the academic calendar, Student Affairs Office conducts the registration process and completes the remaining transactions.
International full time students who gain the right to enroll at Medipol University are also informed by personally after the evaluation process of their application. They are provided with a “Letter of Acceptance” in order for them to apply for student visa and diploma equivalency. During the registration dates, the students must submit the required documents and complete the registration procedure on time.
International exchange students are accepted in the framework inter-instutional agreements between Medipol and other Higher Education Institutes. The exchange students are enrolled to courses and carry out the procedures in the light of the terms determined in the agreements. At the end of the study period, exchange students are provided with an official transcript in which all the courses they are enrolled are listed with their ECTS grades and credits.
