AGENCY AND MEDIA RELATIONS
• Ensuring communication between national media organizations and the institution
• Organizing press conferences and hosting media representatives
• Writing press releases, press invitations and corporate news
• Following the news on media, archiving and reporting
• Writing news regarding corporate activities and publishing them on the website
• Creating the Activity Calendar contents on the corporate website
• Coordination with domestic and foreign agencies

DIGITAL MEDIA
• Preparation of corporate social media contents, management of the page
• Daily follow-up of data on digital platforms and reporting  
• Carrying out the advertising management and digital marketing activities
• Development of the website contents and its functions
• Coordination of the open days' broadcasts and their production process
• Planning and managing digital process of events such as online graduation etc.

PRODUCTION
• Editing process of the corporate photography and video shoot
• Preparing digital media contents
• Ensuring the post-production works such as graphic design, editing etc.

PUBLISHING HOUSE
• Preparation of the journal, book, booklet, and brochure works that approved by the Rectorate
• Preparation of the student newspaper Medipost and employee magazine Havadis
• Coordination of the agency-design processes of all prepared content
• Follow-up of the ISBN, banderol, print, distribution and stock processes of the published and digital journals/books
• Management of the digital platforms that contain the academic contents belong to the University
• Coordination of the relations with both domestic and international libraries
• Writing of the corporate messages on special days and weeks

The Press Office, responsible for the external and internal communication activities of the University, carries out the following tasks;
•Activities regarding the corporate image and reputation of the University
• Leader communication activities, creation of the special day messages of the institution and the leader  
• Crisis communication activities
• Planning the intra-institution communication projects and follow-up, HR communication
• Supporting the promotional works
• Contribution to the Social Responsibility activities
