Aim | The aim of this course is to explain what sports psychology is, how it emerged, how it is applied in various situations, and to cover topics such as personality in sports, motivation, stress, anxiety, leadership, communication, mental training techniques, attention, group cohesion, group dynamics, imagery, self-confidence, athlete injuries and psychology, character development, and aggression in sports. |
