Universities are among the most important actors contributing to sustainable development. Measuring the contribution of universities to sustainable development is important for them to manage better processes.
Platforms such as GreenMetric, STARS, and THE Impact Ranking measure the contribution of universities to sustainable development within the framework of various indicators. THE Impact Ranking system analyzes universities on the axis of 17 sustainable development goals of the United Nations.
The meeting was held at Istanbul Medipol University where evaluations were made within the framework of the relevant topics and as SURKAM, we hosted THE Türkiye representative Lanchy Italmazova. Prof. Dr. Burcu Yavuz Tiftikçigil, Prof. Dr. Bahar Güntekin, and Specialist Pınar Eylem Yılmaz attended the meeting.
