Aim | In the fields regarding gynecologic oncology patients to assess the individuals by a nursing approach; to realize (their) health-saving and renewing roles in an integrative approach; and to contribute to determining the standards. |
Course Content | This course contains; 1. Discussing the course content and preparing for the seminar,2. Development of gyne-oncologic nursing in Turkey and in the World.,3. Carcinogenesis, the natural flow of cancer in human, gynecologic cancer etiology and epidemiology,4. Prevention and early diagnosis of gynecologic cancers, nurse's role and responsibilities.,5. Breast cancer and nursing approach,6. Vulvo-vaginal and cervical cancer and nursing approach.,7. Uterin and tubo-ovarian cancer and nursing approach,8.
